What are your business hours?

Our business hours vary depending on availability. We upload our availability on a monthly basis but if there is not a date that you wish to have treatment on, we are happy to find an alterantive that works.

What is the minimum age restriction?

We are a strictly 18+ service. If we are unsure on your age, you will be required to show photographic ID prior to treatments. Being a professional service, our registrations are at risk if we offer treatments to any client below the age of 18. Please be respectful if we decline your booking, or ask for photographic ID.

I have post-treatment complications, what do I do?

One of the benefits on having your treatments conducted by a Registered Nurse, is having unlimited post-treatment advice. We offer FREE follow-up appointments upon request. We can issue medication is required in line with our professional judgement. Please note that we need to be fully aware of complications to enable us to assist.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. In this instant, we are happy for clients to cancel their appointments with 24hrs notice. Upon booking, your bank details are captured. All deposits are non-refundable, and a cancellation fee will be charged if there are cancellatios within 24hrs of the appointment.

Does it hurt? 

Everyone has different pain thresholds and responds differently. That being said, we use Emla cream to numb any are that is being injected and is included in the cost of the treatment. We frequently check if you're comfortable and will stop treatment to provide further numbing where necessary.
